Pandectes is a Consent Management Platform (CMP) built specifically for Shopify stores. It helps merchants comply with global privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, LGPD, PIPEDA, PDPA, and APPI.

Pandectes ensures reliable consent signal management and integrates directly with Google Consent Mode v2. This allows merchants to adjust how Google tags (Analytics, Ads, etc.) behave based on user preferences, ensuring privacy-compliant tracking.

Consent Banner Options

• Accept Only: Opt-in banner, only necessary cookies allowed until consent.
• Accept/Decline: Opt-both banner, only necessary cookies until explicit choice.
• Strict with Preferences: Users must actively opt in by category (unchecked by default).
• Loose with Preferences: Categories are pre-checked; users can opt out.

All banners can be customized with brand colors, CSS, category descriptions, cookie declaration tables, and links to your privacy policy. Merchants can also enable a Reopen button so users can update consent at any time.
