Overview

Follow this guide to learn how to locate your Impact Auth Token, Account SID, Program ID/Campaign ID, Event ID/Action Tracker ID.

How to Locate Impact Auth Token

Access Settings:

• Begin on the Impact homepage.
• Use the left-hand menu navigation to click on the three dots button located in the bottom left-hand corner of the page.
• An additional navigation menu will appear, click on the "Settings" tab.

Access API Settings:

• Once you have accessed your account settings overview, locate the section of the page titled "Technical".
• Locate and click on the "API" button.

Locate Auth Token:

• Once you have accessed your API settings, use the top navigation menu and click on the "API Access" tab.
• Navigate to the section of the page titled "Auth Token" and here you will find your Impact Auth Token.
  • Example Impact Auth Token: 2X-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX_XXXXXX2

How to Locate Impact Account SID

Access Settings:

• Begin on the Impact homepage.
• Use the left-hand menu navigation to click on the three dots button located in the bottom left-hand corner of the page.
• An additional navigation menu will appear, click on the "Settings" tab.

Access API Settings:

• Once you have accessed your account settings overview, locate the section of the page titled "Technical".
• Locate and click on the "API" button.

Locate Account SID:

• Once you have accessed your API settings, use the top navigation menu and click on the "API Access" tab.
• Navigate to the section of the page titled "Account SID" and here you will find your Impact Account SID.
  • Example Impact Account SID: 2XXXXX2XXXXX22222222XX2XXXXXXXXXX2

How to Locate Impact Program ID/Campaign Value

Access Account Information:

• Begin on your Impact homepage and click on the main account access button located in the upper left-hand corner of the page.

Locate Program ID/Campaign Value:

• An additional navigation menu will appear.
• Navigate to the section of the page titled "Accounts" and click on the tab with your brand.
• Once you have selected your brand, navigate to the section of the menu titled "Programs" and locate your Impact Program ID/Campaign Value number listed below your account name.
  • Example Impact Program ID/Campaign Value: 2222222

How to Locate Impact Event ID/Action Tracker ID

Access Settings:

• Begin on the Impact homepage.
• Use the left-hand menu navigation to click on the three dots button located in the bottom left-hand corner of the page.
• An additional navigation menu will appear, click on the "Settings" tab.

Access Event Types Settings:

• Once you have accessed your account settings overview, locate the section of the page titled "Tracking".
• Locate and click on the "Event Types" button.

Locate Event ID/Action Tracker ID:

• Once you have accessed the event type overview settings, navigate to the section of the page titled "Name (ID)".
• Locate the series of numbers in parentheses next to the desired event. Here you will locate your Impact sales and subscription tracker (Event ID).
