Overview

Follow this guide to learn how to locate your Impact Program ID, Account SID, Auth Token, Base Tag ID, and Event ID.

How to Locate Impact Program ID

Access Settings:

• Begin in the Impact dashboard.
• Click on the profile icon in the top right corner and select "Settings".

Locate Program ID:

• Once in your Impact settings, navigate to your general account settings and locate the "Manage Programs" section.
• Locate and copy the Program ID associated with your account.

How to Locate Impact Account SID and the Auth Token

Access Settings:

• Begin in the Impact dashboard.
• Click on the profile icon in the top right corner and select "Settings".

Locate Impact Account SID and the Auth Token:

• Once in the settings, navigate to the technical section and select "API".
• Navigate to Legacy Account Tokens and click on the "API Credentials". Here you can copy both the Account SID (Read/Write) and the Auth Token (Read/Write).

How to Locate Impact Base Tag ID

Access Settings:

• Begin in the Impact dashboard.
• Click on the profile icon in the top right corner and select "Settings".

Locate Impact Base Tag ID:

• Once in your Impact settings, navigate to your general account settings.
• Locate the "Universal Tracking Tag" section. Your Base Tag ID consists of the alphanumeric characters immediately following the URL: https://utt.impactcdn.com/

How to Locate Impact Event ID

Access Settings:

• Begin in the Impact dashboard.

• Click on the profile icon in the top right corner and select "Settings".

Locate Event ID

• Once in your Impact settings, navigate to your tracking settings.
• Select the "Event Types" and copy the specific Event ID you wish to track.
