The Rakuten App does not allow you to separate use of the Catalog vs the Pixel in the app. You can either use another software for your Rakuten Feed Management like GoDataFeed or continue to use the native app for your Rakuten tracking.

How to Disable Rakuten Pixel

Navigate to Settings:

• Begin on the homepage of your the Shopify app.
• Locate and click the "Settings" button or the gear icon located in the lower left-hand corner of the homepage.

Access Apps and Sales Channels:

• Once in the settings, use the left-hand menu to click on the "Apps and sales channels" tab.

Locate the Rakuten App:

• Within the "Apps and sales channels" section, a list of previously installed apps and channels will appear.
  • Locate the "Rakuten" app within this list.
  • Click on the three dots. An additional drop-down menu will appear, click on the "Uninstall" button.

Disable Rakuten

• After locating and clicking on the "Uninstall" button for the desired app, a popup window will appear asking for confirmation.
  • Ensure that you read the risks of uninstalling the sales channel.
  • Locate the final "Uninstall" button located in the lower-right hand corner.
  • Finally, click on the "Uninstall" button located in the lower right-hand corner of the window.
