Follow this guide to learn how to enable commission groups for subscription products in Awin.

How to Enable Commission Groups for Subscription Products

Access Awin Destination:

• Begin on your Elevar homepage and use the left-hand navigation menu to click on the "My Tracking" Tab.
• Navigate to your list of destinations and click on the Awin destination.

Access Awin Advanced Options:

• Once in the Awin destination, navigate to the "Setup Steps" box. Locate and click the step titled "Awin Settings" tab.
• On the settings page, locate and click on the “Advanced Options” to expand this section.
  • Click on the "Enable commission groups for subscription products" option. This will send commission group codes for one-time vs. subscription products. Depending on the purchase type - the codes are ONE_TIME, FIRST_SUBSCRIPTION, or RECURRING.
• Once you have enabled commission groups for subscription products, be sure to save your changes by clicking on the "Save" button located at the bottom of the page.

Update Web Container Setup:

• After enabling commission groups for subscription products, navigate to the "Setup Steps" box.
• Locate and click the step titled "Web Container Setup" and select the button labeled "Download Pre-Built Web Tags".
  • Once downloaded, reimport the container into your Google Tag Manager web container. Follow this guide to learn how to do this.
  • After importing the container into Google Tag Manager, publish the new tag..
• Once you have updated your web container setup, click on the "Mark as Complete" button located at the bottom of the page.
