Learn how to assign Elevar permissions to your Facebook Business Manager account catalogs.

You will need Administrator Access in Facebook Business Manager in order to complete the below steps.

How to Assign Permissions to Catalogs

Access Catalogs Settings:

• Begin on your Facebook Business Manager account and use the left-hand menu to click on the "Settings" button or gear icon in the lower left-hand corner.
  • Once in the account settings, a side navigation menu will appear. Locate and click on the "Data Sources" tab. Then, use the drop-down menu to click on the "Catalogs" tab.
  • Once in the Catalogs settings, you will see a list of your accounts. Locate and click on the tab with the Facebook Business Manager account that you would like to assign Elevar catalogs permissions to.

Assign Partners:

• Once you have accessed the Catalogs settings for your account, use the top navigation menu to click on "Assign partners" button.

Select Business ID:

• After clicking on the "Assign partners" button, an additional window will appear titled "Assign partner".
• Locate and click on the "Business ID" button located in the lower left-hand corner of the window.

Share Catalog with Elevar:

• After clicking on the "Business ID" button, an additional window will appear titled "Share this catalog with a partner".
  • Navigate to the section of the window titled "Enter Partner Business ID" and use the text box to enter Elevar's Business ID: 1398841026795510
  • Navigate to the section of the window titled "Partial access" and use the toggle labeled "Create ads" to grant Elevar access.
  • Click on the "Next" button located in the bottom right-hand corner of the window.

Confirmation:

• Once you have entered all of the required information to assign Elevar permissions to your Facebook Business Manager account catalogs, an additional confirmation pop-up window will appear titled "Assets Added".
• Locate and click on the "Done" button in the lower right-hand corner of the window.
