Follow this guide to learn how to disable the Pepperjam integration in Shopify! If you are launching Pepperjam tracking via Elevar, then you must remove the previous Pepperjam tracking in your Shopify Store.

How to Disable Pepperjam Shopify Integration:

Navigate to Settings:

• Begin on the homepage of your Shopify account.
• Locate and click the "Settings" button or gear icon located in the lower left-hand corner of the page.

Access Customer Events:

• Once in the settings, a navigation menu will appear on the left-hand side of the page.
• From this menu, locate and click on the "Customer events" tab.

Locate and Remove Pepperjam (Ascend) App:

• Within the "Customer events" section, a list of previously installed apps and custom pixels will appear.
• Locate Pepperjam (Ascend) from this list and click on the three dots. An additional drop-down menu will appear, click on the "Disconnect" or "Delete" button.
