Overview

If you are launching Pepperjam tracking via Elevar, then you must remove the previous Pepperjam tracking in your Shopify Store. If you're using the native Pepperjam/Shopify App, Pepperjam will have guided you to add their script to your Thank You Page.

How to Disable Pepperjam Shopify Integration:

Access Shopify Checkout Settings:

• Begin on your Shopify homepage and use the left-hand menu to click on the "Settings" tab or gear icon.
• Once in the Shopify Settings, use the left-hand menu to click on the "Checkout" tab.

Order Status Page:

• Within the Checkout Shopify settings, navigate to the section of the page titled "Order Status Page".
• Locate the script that contains "t.pepperjamnetwork.com" and remove it.

• Delete that script starting from the first <iframe to the final </iframe>
