Follow this guide to learn how to disable Shopify Markets from your Shopify source.

How to Disable Shopify Markets

Access Shopify Source:

• Begin on your Elevar homepage and use the left-hand menu to click on the "My Tracking" tab.
• Navigate to the section of the page titled "Sources". Locate and click on the Shopify source.

Remove Markets:

Note: Ensure All Destinations Use "All Markets"

Before removing any Market Group, make sure that the Market Group has been removed from any destinations. If removing all Shopify Markets functionality, set the destination to use All Markets. Failure to do so will result in a warning when attempting to uncheck the "Allow different pixels per Shopify Market" checkbox.

• Once in the Shopify source, navigate to the box titled "Setup Steps" and click on the tab labeled "GTM & Events".
  • Navigate to the Market that you wish to remove and click on the "Delete" button or X icon next to the Market. If you have multiple Markets per Container, use the drop-down to deselect the Market you wish you remove.
  • Ensure that you remove all of the Markets except the one you would like to use.

Save Changes:

• After removing the additional Markets, locate and click on the box next to the text that reads "Allow different pixels per Shopify Market" to remove Shopify Markets.
• After selecting the required information for removing Shopify Markets, click on the "Save" button located the bottom of the page.
