Learn how to grant Elevar access to Google Tag Manager
Note: Administrator Access
You will need Account Administrator Access to Google Tag Manager in order to complete the following steps.
How to Grant Elevar Access to Google Tag Manager
Access User Management Settings:
- Log into Google Tag Manager.
- Begin on the homepage of your Google Tag Manager account. Use the top menu and click on the "Admin" tab.
- Locate the section titled "Container" and click on the "User Management" tab.

- Locate the section titled "Container" and click on the "User Management" tab.

Add New User:
- After clicking on the "User Management" tab, a pop-up window titled "Container permissions" will appear.
- Click on the "+" button in the upper right-hand corner of the window.
- A drop-down menu will appear and click on the "Add Users" button.

New User Information:
- After clicking "Add Users", you will be brought to a new page.
- Navigate to the section titled "Email address" and type "[email protected]" in the text box.
- Navigate to the section titled "Container permissions" and select the permissions you would like to grant to Elevar. It is recommended to select all of the permissions. This grants Elevar access to edit all data and settings for the account.
- After selecting the required information, click on the "Add" button in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
