Overview

Follow this guide to learn how to view usage history in your Elevar account.

Access Settings:

• Begin on your Elevar homepage.
• Use the left-hand navigation menu to locate and click on the "Settings" tab.

Access Plan & Usage:

• Once in your account settings, use the left-hand navigation menu to locate and click on the "Plan & Usage" tab.
• Navigate to the box titled "Usage" and click on the "View Usage History" button located in the bottom right-hand corner of the box.

View Usage History:

• After clicking View Usage History, a pop-up window will appear showing your usage data organized by month.
• Here you can review a detailed breakdown of your historical usage over time and compare different months to better understand how your usage patterns change.

Historical data availability may depend on when you signed up or if you have changed plans. Some earlier months may not display full data.
