How to Grant Elevar Access to your Pinterest Account

Access Business Manager:

• Begin on your Pinterest homepage and click on the "Business Manager" button in the upper left-hand corner of the page.
• An additional navigation menu will appear. Navigate to the "Manage business" section and click on the "Business Manager" tab.

Add Employee:

• Once in the Business Manager settings, use the left-hand navigation menu to click on the "Members" tab.
• An additional drop-down menu will appear, locate and click on the "Employees" tab.
  • Once in the Employees settings, locate and click on the "Add Employees" button.

Configure New Employee Settings:

• After clicking on the "Add employees" button, you will be brought to an separate window.
  • Navigate to the section of the window titled "Choose a role" and select the role to grant to Elevar.
    • Employee: Those with the employee role can work on assigned ad account and profiles.
    • Manager: Those with the manager role can add and delete employees and partners, create ad accounts, and revoke permissions for employees and partners and enforce two-factor authentication.
  • After selecting a role, navigate to the text box and add the "[email protected]" email.
• Once you have entered all of the required information for adding a new employee to your Pinterest account, click on the "Add Employee" button located in the lower right-hand corner of the window.

Assign Permissions:

• After configuring the new employee settings, you will need to assign permissions.
  • Use the left-hand menu to locate and click on your current profile.
  • Navigate to the section of the window titled "Permissions for (Your Store)".
  • Click on the box next to the "Publisher" tab.
• Once you have entered the required information, locate and click on the "Assign Permissions" button located in the lower right-hand corner of the window.

Confirmation:

• Once you have invited Elevar to join as an employee to your Pinterest account, a confirmation window will appear!
