How to Create a GA4 Secret
Learn how to create a GA4 Secret in order to launch your server side tracking
Overview
The Google Analytics 4 Measurement Protocol for Google Analytics 4 makes it easier to track what's happening on websites and apps. It lets you send events directly to Google Analytics servers, even if they happen offline or on servers. This feature is meant to add to the data you're already collecting, and you need to keep using those tagging methods to make the most of the Measurement Protocol.
Google Analytics 4 Measurement Protocol API Secrets are handy for connecting online and offline activities, keeping tabs on interactions from both users and servers and logging events that don't happen through regular clicks or taps, like offline sales.
