If you are launching GA4 tracking via GTM and Elevar, then you must disable GA4 tracking from within the Google channel in your store.

Step 1: Go to Sales channels > Google

Step 2: Disconnect Your Google Analytics Property

Select Disconnect next to Your Google Analytics property.
