Follow this guide to learn how to create and submit a support ticket.
How to Create a Support Ticket
Access Support:
- Begin on the Elevar homepage and use the left-hand navigation menu to click on the "Support" tab.

Create Support Ticket:
- Once you have accessed the Support page, click on the "Create Support Ticket" button located in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Submit Ticket:
- An additional window titled "Create Support Ticket" will appear. Fill out the required information based on your support needs.
- Once you have entered all of the required information, click on the "Submit Ticket" button located in the bottom left-hand corner of the window.
