In order to setup Google Tag Manager tags for Twitter, we'll need to have a Twitter Tag ID

How to Locate X (Twitter) Universal Website Tag ID

Access Events Manager:

• Log into your Twitter Ads Manager account.
• Use the top navigation menu to click on the "Tools" button.
• An additional drop-down menu will appear, click on the "Events Manager" button.

(If Applicable) Generate New Universal Website Tag:

• You will be brought to a separate page, if prompted, generate your new Universal Website Tag.
• Click on the "Add Event Source" button. Then click on the "Universal Website Tag" button and agree to the Terms of Service.

Locate Universal Website Tag:

• Locate the section of the page titled "Universal Website Tag".
  • Here you will find your Universal Website Tag.
  • Example Universal Website Tag: a1a1a
