Overview

Elevar's pre-built Data Layer is mapped for websites. It does not track ecommerce funnel events (e.g. Add to Cart, Item Views) that occur in a mobile app.

If your mobile app sends orders to your Shopify Store, then Elevar's server-side tracking can send these mobile app orders to any marketing destination. This is because Elevar's server-side tracking is order-creation-based tracking, therefore any order created in Shopify can be sent to destinations.

Excluding App Orders:

If you've set up your own mobile app tracking and would like to exclude app orders from being sent via Elevar's server-side integrations, here's how you can block specific transactions.
