How To Access an Existing Shopify Store in Elevar
When connecting your Shopify store you receive a message "This Store is already connected"

When adding a Shopify store in Elevar, you may receive the message, "This store is already connected." This occurs when the store already exists in our system, but you're not signed in with an Elevar account that has access to it.
Follow this guide to learn how to resolve this issue and gain the necessary access!
How To Access an Existing Shopify Store in Elevar
Access Elevar Through your Shopify Store:
- Begin by signing into your Shopify store.
- Use the left-hand navigation menu to click on the "Apps" tab. Use the search function to locate and click on the "Elevar Conversion Tracking" app. You will be transferred to the Elevar App with permissions to your store.

Request Access From the Store Owner:
- If you do not have access to the Shopify admin but need access to this store in Elevar, contact the store owner and ask to be added as a team member in Elevar. Follow this guide to learn how to manage team members.
