Overview

Follow this guide to learn how to manage your Elevar plans and services!


How to Manage Plan and Services

Access Settings:

  • Begin on your Elevar homepage.
  • Use the left-hand navigation menu to locate and click on the "Settings" tab.
    • (See Figure 1)

Access Plan and Usage:

  • Once in your account settings, use the left-hand navigation menu to locate and click on the "Plan & Usage" tab.
  • Navigate to the box titled "Usage" and click on the "Manage Plan & Services" button located in the bottom right-hand corner of the box.
    • (See Figure 2)

Manage Plan and Services:

  • After clicking on the "Manage Plan & Services" button, you will be directed to a new page where you can view and update your current Elevar plan. On this page, you can:
    • Review your existing subscription details.
    • Explore available plans: Starter, Essentials, Growth, and Business.
    • Select a new plan if you wish to upgrade or downgrade.
    • Add or remove additional services based on your business needs.
