Follow this guide to learn how to view your support tickets.


How to View Support Tickets

Access Support:

  • Begin on the Elevar homepage and use the left-hand navigation menu to click on the "Support" tab.
  • Once you have accessed the Support page, click on the "View My Tickets" button located in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

View Tickets:

  • Here you will be able to view all of your previosuly submitted support tickets.
