You will need Account Administrator Access to Google Analytics in order to complete the following steps.


How to Grant Elevar Access to Google Analytics

Locate Account Access Management Settings:

  • Log into your Google Analytics 4 account.
  • Begin on the homepage of Google Analytics 4 and click on the "Settings" button or the gear icon in the lower left-hand corner of the page.
    • Navigate to the "Account" settings section and click on the "Account access management" tab.

Add New User:

  • After clicking on the "Account access management" tab, a pop-up window will appear.
  • Click on the "+" button in the upper right-hand corner of this window.
    • A drop-down menu will appear and click on the "Add Users" button.

New User Information:

  • After clicking "Add Users", you will be brought to a new page.
    • Navigate to the section titled "Email address" and type "[email protected]" in the text box.
    • Navigate to the section titled "Direct roles and data restrictions" and select the role you would like to grant to Elevar. It is recommended to select the "Editor" role for Elevar. This grants Elevar access to edit all data and settings for the account.
  • After selecting the required information, click on the "Add" button in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
