How to Disable Meta Conversion API Gateway Integration
Overview
Follow this guide to learn how to disable the Meta Conversions API Gateway when using Elevar.
When Elevar’s server-side tracking is enabled, it already sends events directly to Meta via the Conversions API. If the Meta Conversions API Gateway is also enabled, it can result in duplicate event data being sent to Meta. This may lead to inflated event counts, inaccurate reporting, and potential optimization issues within Meta. To ensure accurate tracking and avoid duplicate data, Elevar recommends disabling the Meta Conversions API Gateway and relying solely on Elevar’s server-side integration.
