How to Configure Comeback Score for Shopify Merchants
Access Shopify Source:
- Begin on the Elevar dashboard and use the left-hand navigation menu to click on the "My Tracking" tab.
- Navigate to your list of sources and click on the Shopify Source.

Access Advanced Options:
- Once in the Shopify Source, use the "Setup Steps" box to click on the "General Settings" tab.
- Navigate to the section of the page titled "General Settings" and click on the "Advanced Options" drop-down.

Enable Comeback Score:
- Once you have accessed the advanced options, navigate to the section of the page titled "Boosted Events".
- Locate "Allow comeback score" and use the checkbox to enable the boosted event.
- Be sure to save your changes by click on the "Save" button located at the bottom of the page.
