Enhancements to add configuration for ajax add to cart. This enables merchants to use form-based listeners or ajax listeners independently. Previously, both of these were driven by a single configuration option.

Enhancements to support multiple versions of the application so that merchants can test on development themes. For example, if you are on 2.19 and want to install 2.21, you can proceed with the upgrade and then move the changes to a development theme and the existing 2.19 code will still work as expected.
