This release expands Elevar’s server-side ecosystem and strengthens data governance to help brands optimize performance with more reliable signals. We’ve added new server-side destinations to our list of private and public beta across advertising and lifecycle marketing platforms, expanded Profit Optimization to additional channels, and introduced new funnel signals for Google Ads to improve earlier-stage campaign optimization. This update also introduces proactive Channel Accuracy Alert emails for API customers to help detect signal loss sooner, along with Strict Consent Mode to support teams operating under the most stringent privacy and consent requirements.

  • Shopify API Upgrade: Updated to the latest Shopify API version to keep your integration current, stable, and running smoothly.
  • Recurring Subscription Handling: Updated default logic for Shopify subscription orders ensures recurring purchases are categorized correctly across destinations like Meta and GA4 for cleaner attribution and reporting.

Profit Optimization Expansion:

  • More Supported Destinations: Profit Optimization now supports additional platforms (e.g., TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, Taboola, Outbrain, X (Twitter), and Piwik PRO), giving you more ways to optimize campaigns based on profit, not just revenue. Destination Limits:

  • Expanded In-App Limits: You can now add more destination instances directly within the app, as long as you remain within your overall destination limit. Follow this guide to learn more about global destination limits.

Consent Configuration:

  • Strict Consent Mode: An optional Strict Consent Mode is now available. When enabled, Elevar prevents any data storage or collection until visitor consent has been granted to provide a more restrictive consent handling option for enhanced compliance. Meta (Facebook):

  • OAuth Support (New Installs): New Meta connections now use OAuth authorization for a simplified setup experience.

Google Analytics 4:

  • OAuth Support (New Installs): New GA4 connections now support OAuth authorization for easier authentication.

Google Ads:

  • Improved Error Logging: Additional Google Ads errors are now surfaced in the Server Events Log to improve visibility and troubleshooting.   • Brand Alignment: Impact Radius has been renamed to Impact to align with updated platform branding. Channel Accuracy:

  • API Reporting and Alerts: Channel Accuracy reports and email alerts are now available for API customers, providing the same monitoring visibility previously available to Shopify stores.   • Event Consolidation for Product List View: The Product View Item event has adjusted timing. Impressions of products viewed by your website visitors will be sent to your destinations as configured. Each product list view event is likely to contain more impressions, resulting in the same level of data accuracy with lower overall product view list events.
