New plans and pricing structures introduced. New server-side betas for Smartly and Pinterest. New feature for lazy loaded collection pages available in beta. Bug fix for Facebook client side purchase tracking.

Plan & Monthly Service Updates:

  • We've implemented new plan structures that allow you to pay for what you need and utilize the benefits of Elevar's Server-Side tracking with any plan! Check out the new plans. [Billing FAQs]
  • If you're on a legacy plan, for now, Elevar does not require you to change your plan but we will eventually be sunsetting old plans. At some time in the future, likely in the second half of 2023, Elevar will require you to switch plans. Learn more.
  • Our Monthly Service offerings have also been updated:
    • Tracking Management Tier 1 - Let Elevar's analysts manage all your ongoing tagging & tracking needs for $500/month. Includes an average of 3 requests per month & limited to Elevar's available destinations.
    • Tracking Management Tier 2 - Have custom tracking needs or need more than 3 requests a month? Talk with our sales team for a quote.

One-Time Audits & Setups:

  • The Full GA/GTM Audit has been sunset. In it's place, we have:
    • Expert Install & GA Tune-Up - Have our expert team setup the Elevar software for you as well as configure your UA and GA4 Properties to adhere to best practices.
    • Expert Install & Custom Request - Want our expert team to setup the Elevar software for you, and also have a custom tracking request? Talk with our sales team for a quote.

New Betas:

  • Smartly is now in beta! Get 100% order accuracy in Smartly with our server-side integration. Please email [email protected] if you'd like to be a beta tester. [Must be using Elevar's Fully Managed Server]
  • Pinterest is now in beta! Get 100% order accuracy in Pinterest with our server-side integration. Please email [email protected] if you'd like to be a beta tester. [Must be using Elevar's Fully Managed Server]
  • Lazy Loaded Collection/Search Pages - If you're using lazy loaded collection/search pages where you delay the rendering of your products from loading until after the page loads, this can cause the dl_view_item_list, dl_select_item, and dl_view_search_results to have no products in them. If that’s the case, test out enabling this customization & see if the products appear. Does not fix when the datalayer events do not fire at all.

Bug Fix:

  • Facebook Pixel Updates - There was a bug that prevented our FB Pixel Purchase event from sending some user parameters. Please follow these steps to get the updated fix.
