- Google Ads: Merchant ID has been relocated to advanced options. This field is optional and enables sending cart data with your conversions when populated.
- TikTok: The browser event for beginning a checkout has been renamed to "InitiateCheckout" per TikTok's standard event naming. Reporting
- When Shopify Markets is configured, reports will now display "unconfigured market ID" or "no market ID" to differentiate between the two.
- Server Event Logs now differentiate consent details for events based on consent not provided and consent not granted for setups that have consent mode enabled. If any of the required consent values are denied the ignored status will be "consent not provided". If any of the required consent values are not provided the ignored status will be "consent not granted". This will enable greater visibility to how consent impacts your server events.
Chrome Extension
- Additional details have been added to the Elevar Chrome browser extension. When using the What's Tagged feature you can now view event names, event parameters, and user properties for tags in Google Tag Manager (GTM).
