This update includes changes around user data + currency code with the Custom Pixel script, as well as the addition of Enhanced Conversions for our Bing server-side beta.

- Custom Pixel:
- If customer data (email address, first name, last name, phone number,& address) is not available in Shopify's Web Pixel data.customer object, then fallback to the data.checkout object.
- Pull currency code value from the data.checkout.totalPrice.currencyCode. Why? The data.checkout.currencyCode value is not always correct when placing international orders.
