Warning: If your dl_view_item_list or dl_view_search_result datalayer events aren't firing on your collection & search pages, your development team will need to build & fire these events yourself. There are so many different ways collection/search pages can be configured, and there is not a single way that'll account for all the possibilities.

If your dl_view_item_list or dl_view_search_result datalayer events aren't populating product data on your collection & search pages, test out the below steps to see if this solves the issue.

Step 1: Navigate to your Data Layer

Select My Tracking > Under Data Layer, select View.

Step 2: Change your Collection/Search Page Customization

Select GTM Details > Event Breakdown

Scroll to the bottom > Select I have lazy loaded collection pages next to the affected events. > Save Configuration

Step 3: Reinstall your Data Layer

Select Install on Store > Reinstall
